FRAMES
Fabricated out of 80 x 40 mm x 3.15 mm cold rolled rectangular steel tubing. The heavy metal design combined equipment will with quality, craftsmanship ensures superior strength and eliminates joint failures. All welded joints carry a lifetime guarantee.
GUIDE BARS
25 mm chromed plated guide bars.
BEARINGS
Life time lubricated high grade steel bearings for all moving mechanism.
SELECTOR PINS
Stainless steel selector pin is used for life long finish and high tensile strength.
PULLEY
125 mm diameter M.S. pulleys with “deep groove” to ensure ideal cable support. Friction free precision double ball bearings are used to provide years of smooth operation.
CABLES
6 mm diameter PVC coated aircraft cable with tensile strength tested at 1820 kg.
PADDING
Seats, Pads are made from 20 mm thick Marine plywood. Upper surfaces are fully padded with 50 mm of high density foam.
VINYL UPHOLSTERY
Seats & Pads are upholstered in luxurious vinyl. Available in No action for wide variety of colours.
POWDER COATING
All components are initially shot blasted to thoroughly clean and seal the exterior and interior surfaces against corrosion. Then the components are applied with electrostatic powder coating so as to ensure minimum 90-100 micro thickness.Offered in wide range of colours, powder coating is scratch proof, more durable and resistance to salt & humidity.
WARRANTY
Summit warrants to the original purchaser only that equipment will be free from defects in material & workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover upholstery of protective coverings; products not manufactured by Summit; or products which are altered without the written consent of Summit. This warranty will expire ten years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser for all other warranted parts. The obligation of Summit under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing warranted defective parts, as Summit may elect, at Summit’s plant in Pimpri, without charge to purchaser for either parts or labour. Purchaser is responsible for all transportation and installation of repaired or replaced parts.
Except with respect to welds, and implied warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranty or fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability, is limited to the one year duration of this written warranty for warranted parts other than welds. The remedy of repair and replacement is the exclusive and sole remedy of the purchaser, Summit shall not be liable for any special, incidental, contingent or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment and loss of profits or revenue.
No action for breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty shall be commenced more than one year after the accrual of the cause of action. This written warranty is the complete, final and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the quality or performance of the goods and any and all warranties and representation. No modifications of this warranty or waiver of its terms shall be binding on either party unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of the party.
