  • All products are preferred – Shot blasted.
  • 80 x 40 x 2.6mm, pipe side pipe, 25 – 30 OD 2.6 mm.
  • Seat Padding or foot rest 5 mm thick metal plate.
  • Powder Coating of 100 – 110 microns.
  • Grips are heavy duty HDR, HDP or PP.
  • Bearing and bushes – Ghun metal or ZZ Bearings.

Suitable for all ages. Suitable for trimming and maintaining a healthy body. Works on the lower back and abdomen muscles. Stand on the foot rest, bend down and get up, make a rhythm with slow movement. The faster you move the harder the workout.
