  • 100 – 90 OD 2.6 mm pipe side pipe 50 – 40 OD 2.6mm and 25 – 30 OD 2.6 mm.
  • Foot plate 5 mm thick metal plate.
  • Powder Coating of 100 – 110 microns.
  • Grips are heavy duty HDR, HDP or PP.
  • Bearing and bushes – Ghun metal or ZZ Bearings.

The Body Twist is to improve flexibility and tone your mid-section, especially the lower back and hips. The twister has three stations. One can exercise with multiple people.The users have to stand on the disc and twist their hips from side to side. A great warm up unit for a flexible body.
